Quite a few customers have said they chose me over others due to the fact that I am the owner of Perfectly Clear, LLC, – the person who showed up to give the quote (my quotes are always free with no obligation). I am the one – and only one – who will actually do your work. With larger contractors you never know who will actually perform the work and if something's not as desired, who do you get in touch with?

I'm the one to talk to from the first phone call all the way through to the final clean up. Something else . . . I ask for a deposit for each job but it's not due until the day I start working. No upfront deposits to worry about walking away. I never do price estimates,
but detailed proposals that spell out what I will do, how I will do it, when and of course, the price.
